OUR MISSION

Our mission is to achieve equity, political rights, and social inclusion by advancing policies and practices that expand human and civil rights, eliminate discrimination, and accelerate the well-being, education, and economic security of Black people and all persons of color.

OUR HISTORY

The O’Fallon Metro East NAACP was chartered in 2007. In the mid-2000s, the demographics of the O’Fallon community began to change, marked by an increase in homeownership among African American residents. The Rise in home ownership led to greater school attendance.

WE NEED YOU IN THE FIGHT

JOIN THE NAACP

Each and every NAACP member makes a difference to the complex, ongoing work of advancing racial equity. We have driven the hardest-fought wins for civil rights and social justice — with you by our side, we can accelerate the next milestones for Black Americans. By becoming a member of NAACP, you’ll join a network of activists standing up to injustice, fighting back against systemic racism, and answering the call for equality.
